Specifically, I’m trying to find ‘My Sessions’ on the app. Online videos say this is possible, but I can’t find it. Online help is useless. **Developer response:** Hi LyPurt Thanks for your review. However, I wish that I could either use the app in a background, so that I could keep working out while checking other things on my phone. Reason so when connected to a general bike trainer not to a smart trainer in a hotel gym I can manually alter the power and not need to remember what watts equals what % FTP ### 3/5 — Good but irritating *2021-01-02, version 3.1.0* App does what it says, reasonable range of classes and picks up on smart trainers and sensors well. The irritating thing is every time Inclose the app I have to log in again and then reset my filters. No rides??? *2020-12-22, version 3.1.0* Doesn't have routes / rides. Only classes. Hi bkool team - on 23/12/20 there is no "bkool cycling" app. There is bkool fitness (this one), mobile and toolkit. None of these do routes. Am I missing something? ### 1/5 — 13.0 IOS or better? *2020-12-15* iPad mini 2 only up to 12. Now won’t connect. What’s with that. Bkool Team ### 2/5 — Connectivity Issues a plenty *2020-11-16, version 2.0.4* I’m a week into my first month of premium membership. I can’t connect my Apple Watch, my Bkool pro smart trainer (Using an ENT connection) or intermittently my iii power meter. I’m using either an iPod air or iPhone XR. The phone is more successful ,than the iPod. Also the app keeps crashing just a few minutes into a workout when used with the iPod. The concept is great but the execution poor. The app is limited , doesn’t allow you to see history , it’s needing fixed. I can’t get my Strava to pair up my Bkool , can’t get support from not so kool. This need to be fixed. The cycle routes etc are fine but the support and intervention are terrible. I have done two cycles this week. App says no , web page says yes !!!!!!!!! ### 1/5 — Bad *2022-10-16* I’m a beginner at this and I just wanted a couple fun classes to help me. I downloaded this app and it gave me 2 classes that were free which are “very hard” and that’s it. When I tried to delete my account it keeps sending me to there website and there’s no delete option. BKOOL Team. ### 5/5 — Great app. *2021-09-24, version 3.4.1* I’ve been a subscriber of the Bkool app for almost two years. It’s great. I use it with an Elite Tuo trainer. It’s a fantastic workout, the graphics are so much better than Zwift, there are countless more routes and it’s cheaper too. I am completely happy with it. ### 5/5 — Great app for a good workout *2021-01-06, version 3.1.0* I’ve just started using this having used the BKool simulator for 12 months. Plenty of sessions to choose from, sensors all connected easily (although forgot to connect my HR monitor first ride) and useful on screen metrics. My only comment, albeit after only two session, would be that a slightly longer warm up session would be useful before getting into the meat of the ride. ### 5/5 — Works fantastic to me *2020-12-09, version 3.0.2* Starting again to cycling after injury, and it is great how I can work my way up again. A user for 4 years and wouldn’t swap it. Whether you are training or just need to ride it works really well. ### 4/5 — Needs an iPhone compatible Cycling app *2024-03-11* Was excited to subscribe and participate in Giro d'Italia Virtual event and others (1 virtual ⭐️ for that); however following 2 days of setup and subscription activation, only learned THEN that BKOOL Cycling is ONLY iPad compatible. Soooo NOT Kool. I really don't appreciate needing to register for something only to not be able to use it abd have yet another unused profile lingering out there with personal deets ⚠️😖 . On the flipside though I appreciate that the website let me customize my data privacy options on most of what counts, so another virtual ⭐️ for respecting customer choice. Had to cancel the premium sub since its not yet compatible with my gym equipment at the moment, which is a pity since the concept looks more motivating as both a training guide ⭐️with more accountability and opportunity for team / competition work ⭐️⭐️vs other apps which are very 1 v Virtuoso. BKOOL Team ### 4/5 — Great app but room for improvement *2021-09-02, version 3.2.0* I downloaded it this week to use on my Renpho AI bike and it works. I use iPhone and Apple Watch and wondered if the calories from the workout will be synced into Apple health in future? I also downloaded BKool cycle for MacBook and as they are both very different apps it would be useful if there was some way to integrate the phone app with the MacBook app so that I can see stats pulled through into phone whilst cycling. ### 4/5 — BKOOL *2021-01-13, version 3.1.0* Good AP, much better since they updated it, so all round very good. However, still getting thrown out during a session. ### 4/5 — Improved Opinion on Support *2020-11-18* When it works it’s fine. Problems are really difficult to solve though. Latest revision does not work, starting a “session” just dumps me back into the login process. No people to talk to and the ticket process is days long making a “ dialogue” impractical. Right now my trainer has been tendered unuseable. Not happy...BUT, at least they responded next day asking me to send the system report. The day after they did acknowledge a bug, said they were working on it, and provided me with a month’s free subscription. I consider this a pretty good response. Of course I would like to talk to a person, but perhaps a business model of a company in Spain does not financially make sense to man a call center in a foreign country.
