Do not update. Never. Watts are not reliable. It’s been years nothing has been fixed despite all the negative reviews on internet. They could just provide a link with all previous software versions so that you select the one that works because they decided to make your home traîner obsolète. As far as I can work out the update will facilitate this. But bkool have removed this so that there devices are harder to setup with Zwift. Obviously to force you into using there own sim. Bkool Team ### 1/5 — Something is not right *2020-04-21* I went on the BKool Website where they mention that the latest firmware version is the 3.25. I connect the device to the toolkit and it shows the version 3.16 and says that it’s the latest and no update needed. I have the BKool Smart Pro, it’s not responsive, always has high resistance and I’ve spent money and time trying to sort it out. The customer service is too slow and they always prompt me to read the website. I do as the instructions say, even asked friends for tips in case I’m missing something, but still no result. Avoid BKool *2019-11-18* Bought a Smart Go, only for the company to shut hardware operations without warning, lock down their product to their software system, freeze out Zwift & now they aren’t responding to any of my support requests.
