## What is BL Syndicate?

BL Syndicate is the dedicated wholesale ordering platform for ABC-licensed retailers, restaurants, wholesalers, and importers.
Browse the full product catalog, place orders, and communicate with your suppliers and customers — all from your phone.

CATALOG
Browse the complete portfolio with wholesale pricing, detailed product information, and country and variety filters. Save frequently ordered items to My List for faster reordering. Scan any product barcode or use Photo Search to identify a product by its label — built for the floor, the walk-in, or the shelf.

ORDERING
Add items to your cart, review your order, add notes, and submit in seconds. Your cart is saved automatically — start an order today, pick up where you left off tomorrow. Every submitted order is confirmed instantly and logged to your order history.

ORDER HISTORY
View all past orders with line-item detail and status. Your full purchase history is always accessible, visit after visit.

WHOLESALER TOOLS
Switch between Selling and Buying modes with a single tap. In Selling mode, browse with retail pricing and submit orders on behalf of your customers. In Buying mode, view supplier cost pricing and manage your Purchase Order list. Add and manage your sales representatives directly from your profile.

MESSAGING
Chat directly with your sales representative or customers inside the app. Share product photos, product links, and coordinate orders without leaving BL Syndicate.

SECURE ACCESS
Access is restricted to verified ABC license holders. Your account is tied to your California ABC license on file. Account type and pricing are automatically assigned based on your license.

For Wholesalers - * Tap "Order →" on any customer in the Customers tab to jump straight to the catalog with that customer already selected — no need to pick them again from the catalog screen. ** A new Orders tab on each customer's profile shows orders placed on their behalf.
Items added to a customer's cart now sync to their account in real time.

For Buyers - You'll now see a notice when your wholesaler has updated items in your cart.
Product detail pages now correctly reflect your cart quantity and block adding items with no price in your area.

Bug fixes - Order list now shows the correct set of orders for your account type.

Live cart sync across devices
Your cart now updates in real time across all your devices. Start an order on your phone, pick it up on a tablet, or finish it in the portal — everything stays in sync automatically, no refresh needed.

Bug fix: wholesale partner login
Fixed an issue where some wholesale partner accounts were incorrectly shown an "Access Denied" error on login. Affected accounts can now sign in normally.
