I’ve used this app for years and suddenly it won’t let me purchase anything saying it’s my card issue. It’s not my card because I can use it anywhere else. I just want coffee :(

Ordered a granola bowl and have had them at the store in the past and the serving was amazing but ordered to go today and felt extremely disappointed in the portion. It was for a small child. And for $7 it was disappointing.

Worst app I’ve ever used. No guest checkout allowed, no Apple Pay available, have to give everyone and their mothers information just to put an order in. Terrible. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

This is a bit of a downgrade from the Toast Takeout app integration.

The app forces you to tip, you cannot avoid this. Absolutely disgusting. Pay your employees so they don’t have to rely on tips, and don’t force customers to tip. I don’t want to use the app to pickup, I want to order online. Stop forcing customers to download your app. Your app doesn’t support Apple Pay or Android Pay forcing me to enter my card details. This information is shared with your app developer according to the terms of service, which feels very unsafe. You are forced to sign up for the app, you cannot guest order. You must give them all your information to place an order for food.

This was such a hassle, I will not be going to black and brew anymore. It’s not worth it. The order was $40 for 2 sandiwches and 2 drinks and you made me struggle to give you my money. Never again.

With all the cyber threats it is crazy to have any App that stores credit card data, update your App to allow for more secured payment options or allow for guest checkout.

I like the app but would recommend expanding the ingredients in each product description (green tomato relish, for example-what’s in it?). Also, make the app link to Apple Pay or google pay so we don’t have to enter a credit card number.
