I open the app and it shows all my points and my options as to cash them in. Do I order and to go to checkout it requires me to log in again. When I attempt to do that it doesn’t recognize either my email or password. I changed my password and still the same issue! Can we get that fixed, actually there’s no need for that log in! Using a reward, I made the order and the app tells it will be ready at 8:19 PM, but then I end up having to wait until 8:51 PM to receive my order. Not even an update sent out. Glad I didn’t order a meal to eat right away. Your app needs to be able to update the time orders are ready. We ordered the Steak Lobster Trio special 5 days later and the meat was overcooked, full of ligaments and we could not eat it. Both were the same size sirloin steak but it tasted horrible. I would like to see more options for add-on, such as being able to make mashed potatoes loaded. Or asking to put the croutons on the side instead of no croutons at all.. I thought the point of apps were to cut down on waiting time when taking out and still experiencing Choices as in the restaurant. ### 1/5 — Good restaurant, Terrible app *2025-08-05* The app is borderline unusable, doesn’t offer many of the normal options that exist if you order in-person or even from DoorDash (like honey mustard salad dressing or Side orders), and it’s incredibly difficult to find how to apply your discounts (almost like they don’t want you to, hmmm…) They use DoorDash anyway as their “free” delivery service, so you may as well just pay DoorDash the delivery fee for the benefit of using an actual functional app for your order. Or just save time and frustration and call in your order and go pick it up, since you’ll probably end up doing that anyway after abandoning your attempts to utilize this silly app. ### 4/5 — App doesn’t let you write in special requests. *2025-06-12* Need another line for special requests. I attempted to cancel the order but it did not work. I asked the manager of the restaurant to refund the tip and they were rude and confrontational saying they could not do anything and that I should have paid more attention when placing my order.
