I had the same negative experience. My old app became inoperable and when I downloaded the new app all my past issues were lost as well as my current subscription. It cannot be restored

I had the old black belt mag app. One day it stopped working. All my magazines disappeared. Apparently this new app replaced it. My old mags are still gone. Three years worth. Emails to the help desk go unanswered. Why should I think that won’t happen to this app?!?

For many MANY years now have I subscribed to Black Belt magazine. They have always been very divers in the content and still up to date always do an amazing job at covering multiple disciplines.
