Repeatedly fails to respond to Touch ID , FACE ID and even passwords. A terrible useless app

This is a wonderful app for keeping track of my finances. The one unfortunate aspect is that about 6 months ago they stopped allowing me to use full-screen mode on my iPad Pro in landscape. (This is the normal view when the iPad is mounted on the Magic Keyboard.)

Please fix this!

Can’t log in when no login appears. I was using face ID, nope. Background is there, moving across the screen. On iphone 12. Used this app for years, never had this happen.

There are a number of simple things they could do to make the experience better. There is no way on the app to provide any feedback on the usability of their app. 
So instead I’m providing this feedback here publicly to let others know that Blackdiamond really doesn’t care to hear about what their customers want.

For some reason, the app rejects my valid login credentials now. There’s no support - witness years of reviews with no developer responses - and the app provides no way to contact “support”. The support link provided in the App Store points to the website where they’re trying to sell to the finance industry.
