Great game but

I am at the end waiting on new levels. I still played the game everyday but now the adds don’t work. Can’t get the rewards. I hate to delete the game but I may have to sadly

Can’t get past higher levels

I’ve made it to upgrading all my buildings up to level 9 and it now tells me I need to update my app but if I go to the store it’s already updated. Help! I have over 900 gems I just bought.
