## What is Black Ledgers?

Black Ledger is a portrait-first noir idle tycoon where every choice changes the flow of the city.

Start with a small business, grow your ledger, read the opportunities in the streets, and build an empire that reflects your decisions.

• Choose a business and use PUSH to grow its revenue flow.
• Recruit managers to automate your businesses and accelerate growth.
• Balance risk and reward across transparent, gray, and black-market operating modes.
• Change relationships, influence, and the future of each district through choices recorded in your ledger.
• Explore rain-soaked streets and an evolving city to find the next opportunity.
• Keep your progress moving with offline earnings and a persistent save system.

Black Ledger supports Korean and English. The experience is designed for portrait play.

Note: the economy and crime themes are fictional world-building elements, not real-money financial or gambling services.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.2.2 — 2026-09-07

• Fixed ads never appearing on the first launch after install. This is why Night Shift and Street Tip stayed stuck on "loading".
• Banner, interstitial and app-open ads were blank in that first session for the same reason. They now show correctly.

### 1.2.1 — 2026-09-05

• New TODAY tab. Everything waiting for you, and what to do next, on one screen.
• Attendance track. 28 stamps that never reset when you miss a day — an absence only means the next stamp arrives later.
• Daily goals. Three a day, finish any two for the chest, and swap one for free if it isn't your kind of day.
• Weekly goals. Commit to three of five. Playing a way you didn't pick still counts, and the last day of the week is easier on purpose.
• Season track. Four weeks, thirty tiers. Progress comes from playing, not from logging in, and the free lane is finishable without a perfect record.
• Season Pass. Optional. It widens the same season rather than hiding it: every free tier is yours without it, tiers you already reached are granted the moment you buy, and anything still owed stays claimable for a week after the season ends.
• Ad rewards now have a clear daily limit that survives restarting the app.

### 1.1.2 — 2026-09-03

• Free ad rewards recover on their own. Night Shift and Street Tip no longer sit on "Loading" after an ad request comes back empty.
• Advertising now recovers from a bad connection at launch instead of staying switched off for the rest of the session.
• Interstitials reload after a failed request rather than going quiet until the next launch.

### 1.1.1 — 2026-09-03

• The game now fills the whole screen on modern iPhones instead of shrinking inside a border.
• Store products load before the buy buttons go live, so a purchase can no longer fail before it starts.
• Settings shows your advertising status with a shortcut to the Back Office.
• Street Tip: watch an ad to collect one hour of production instantly.

### 1.0 — 2026-08-21
