There’s a gap in the playback when it loops around. Space Cruiser is my favorite tone but I don’t use it because the volume is too quiet and there is static, not found on the other tones. Also, please can you smooth the transition between loops - currently there’s a dead spot and this wakes me up when I am trying to use the app to sleep with. Maybe try a fade out and in but with an overlap so there’s no sudden silence. Thanks love the app otherwise. **Developer response:** I understand the sound gap is unwanted and I’m working on a solution to help smoothen the transition. As for the 15 min issue, you can still set the duration to 15 min using the slider bar. 5 minuets is just the interval (i.e. instead of 15, 30, 45 it’s 5, 10, 15.) You can set it for up to 4 hours. You used to be able to put the timer on for up to 12 hours now it’s only up to 8 hours. Don’t know who decided that would be a great idea—it’s not. It sucks! I’m not a fan of the recent update because now my sleep is interrupted just to readjust the timer, that’s the only reason I’m writing this review to express my disappointment. ### 3/5 — Good but could be better *2023-03-30, version 2.2* Not many black noise apps around so it’s definitely worth it. few gripes; randomly stopping and starting after a few minutes even if it’s set to 24 hr, could be louder, would be nice if it could play at the same time as other apps such as Spotify ### 3/5 — Needs fade out *2018-08-25, version 2.1* This App is very good there aren’t many with spacecraft sounds around but this one has them I love that sound it helps me sleep and the App also has a timer the only problem is that the noise stops abruptly at the end of your selected time and that wakes you up also the “space quarters” has a pause in it I’m sure it’s not supposed to be there because it wakes you up ! I’m an audio engineer and producer so it’s frustrating to hear something that is such an easy fix. Don’t understand why it’s been so hard to find natural sounding sleep noise. No monkeys in a jungle or unnatural static noises named after colors. This is great! ### 5/5 — Great App *2021-02-24, version 2.2* This is a great alternative to the typical white noise app. The selections have a deeper, fuller sound compared to most apps I’ve tried. My girlfriend often needs continuous noise to fall asleep. This taps into my sci-fi nerdom as I feel like I’m on a spaceship... so this works for both of us for very different reasons!
