A: Dear users, Thank you very much for your suggestions, we will feedback them to the relevant departments for evaluation. Why is Black and Deckers name on this app? ### 3/5 — All ok apart from colours *2026-07-05, version 1.0.5* All working fine apart from the app colours for the air cooler. They icons are feint blue so hard to see especially the water on off. I suggest the colours are changed or make the water on off a option like the others have or finally allow dark mode. ### 1/5 — Garbage app *2026-06-25, version 1.0.5* The app for this is absolute garbage. Thr whole point was the smart tech and being able to turn the ice on and off. Does what I need it to do but in the timer settings it display temperature in Celsius even when switched to Fahrenheit. We Brought a 3 in 1 airconditioning unit tried to pair the device manually and the model purchase isn't listed!!! Absolutely awful app. So we will use the unit by the remote control. I have kept my phone on top of the roomba like robot and every single time I try to update it, it always says that it timed out and to keep my phone next the router and to stay on the app. That is exactly why I have been doing and so far, nothing.
