This time was different. I put in my order online to my location and get there at my pickup time. When I asked for my order 2 minutes past my time they said sorry I picked up orders wrong and so yours will be a few more minutes. After wait for 15 minutes they said sorry your next. Over 7 people had walked in and got their orders before mine by this point. After 20 whole minutes of waiting my mother had to come in and say that we had to leave and to just forget my order because after over 20 minutes they still didn’t have my order and we had places to be. The workers were completely disregarding an order I put in ahead of time because what I believe because I was a minor. While everything is straightforward and simple to use and the GUI is decent, it fails in getting my drinks to me in a timely manner. I work 4 days out of the week and love ordering Black Rock before work, however during the week at least 2 of those days consist of me ordering for pickup and arriving 20 mins after I placed an order and nothing is even made yet. I understand that orders for pickup and choosing the pickup time as “asap” won’t always be ready within 5 mins but 20 mins and there’s nothing made is kinda frustrating to walk into.
