Stuck on map scanning upon loading game

Thank you for your feedback, it is very important for us. 
Could you please try to check the following device settings:  

Settings>Privacy>Location services>System services,  and here it is important to switch on Compass Calibration. After this you can try to go through the tutorial one more time.
