Did not pick up the right person. *2025-06-02* This driver picked up a random person, did not care that their name nor location did not match the booking. Zero stars. I adore so many of the drivers at blacktop. This is such a rookie mistake. The app tells you your car has arrived well before it has and no icon of a car appears on the map to track the car. For those of us who are mobility challenged, this makes the app unusable. Twice now, they have sent a van that I can’t get into. The first time I called I was told they could put on my record there not to send a cab, but apparently that doesn’t work and after a week of rides I got a cab show up again. When I called this time I was told I would have to call each time not use the app. So it is virtually useless.
