Couldn’t answer half of the questions (and Konstantin 0). This is worrisome because when you need help with your own money you can’t count on them. This company needs to change that or they will be out of business. 2) Their documents verification process (when signing up) is a joke. I had to send 8 different pieces of address verification as their (customer service team?) rejected first 7 even though they were perfect (they rejected 3 different bank statements, 2 utility bills, 1 drivers license with address - all documents that were on their ok list to send)- at the end of the constant rejection process I thought they were a SCAM like other reviews here said. Maybe incompetent customer service ppl like Konstantin are doing the signup verification and since they can’t speak English or understand questions they just reject ppl’s registration. Unless those ppl are straight fired they will be pulling the app down to bankruptcy. ### 1/5 — Crypto currency transaction *2022-10-26, version 1.2.29* After update of app, some crypto currencies were deleted from app. I had some ltc on BlackCat account and asked to return it on my alternative address. It is almost 3 weeks since I have been trying to get any information when transaction will be processed but a support provides only comments like “…as soon as possible… and sorry for inconvenient ”. 😤 ### 1/5 — Can’t complete signup *2021-12-15* Fails to detect DOB and there is no gender on the ID but fails for it also **Developer response:** Dear AUSSIE G4M3R, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. Yet the same thing still happens in your app. Stop showing your registration name and number. It doesn’t change your fake app or data harvesting practices. If you don’t accept Egyptians living in Egypt, them why allow them to go through the whole registration process and collect all these very private and sensitive data? I contacted their chat support and they just refused to tell anything useful... and they dared to tell they will save my data for the future! I told them it’s A BIG FAT NO! I couldn’t find a way to delete my data on my own and their support didn’t help. @Apple, please remove such a junk app! ### 1/5 — Registration *2020-08-26, version 1.2.14* Company owns license for electronic money issued by Malta. Considering that, it is expected that registration process is matter of minutes not matter of hours. Registration process is the worst ever I have experienced. All the time photos are bad quality, or photos are blurred or another 5 reasons just that application is rejected. Company forgot that we are not professional photographs just ordinary people want to use their service. In addition livechat support all the time preffers passport to be sent. Be careful, meaning they have Malta license does not mean they can not do bad things with passports. Company is not worth trust IMO ### 1/5 — Scam *2020-08-25, version 1.2.14* This app is a scam! Their crypto service is a scam ### 1/5 — Avoid this company at all costs. *2024-12-21, version 1.2.65* According to Times of Malta (June 24, 2024): - The firm was at the center of a large-scale investigation into an alleged Russian-Eurasian criminal network. - Customers of Blackcatcard, speaking anonymously, reported being unable to withdraw funds since the investigation began. - Police conducted searches of the financial entity as part of an international investigation into alleged money laundering. Unfortunately, I wired €1,000 to my Blackcatcard account at the beginning of December 2024 without first researching the company online. The funds were not credited to my account, nor were they returned to my original bank account. From my sending bank's perspective, the payment was processed successfully. However, Blackcatcard appears to have retained the money. Despite their claims of issues with SEPA changes—a story they've repeatedly used with customers since the start of the year—the funds were not refunded, as would be expected if such issues were legitimate. I plan to file complaints with the police and the Maltese Financial Arbiter financialarbiter com mt and strongly recommend others do the same if you have also been defrauded by this company. ### 1/5 — Scam *2024-11-12, version 1.2.65* Scam service. Stole 1,5k usdt. Do not reply or provide any info since March 2024 ### 1/5 — ZERO STARS *2024-09-04, version 1.2.65* I’ve been a BCC customer for 4 years now and they are F¥*K1N@ horrendous. Since March this year I haven’t been able to make or receive ANY transfers and my card has been restricted to a daily limit which makes it entirely unusable. My business is effectively frozen. I cannot do anything. I will be suing them for loss of earnings and my tax penalty which I incurred as my company’s money has been frozen for 5 months. At this point it’s borderline CRIMINAL.
