Updated the app, was able to open it now every time I try to press on DOS Domestic, I get an “unknown error” ### 2/5 — Notifications Don’t Clear *2024-11-14* Notifications don’t clear after being read. Count is also incorrect. This just started after recent update. Please fix it. ### 1/5 — Why?! *2020-04-19* The authentication process needs to be fixed. It shouldn’t take 20 times to get into the app. Please fix this problem and the app might get a better review. ### 1/5 — Makes a horrible sound *2019-10-28* When you open an alert, it makes a loud annoying siren sound. It doesn’t matter whether your phone is in silent mode or not. It doesn’t make the sound to ALERT you, only makes it when you’ve already opened the alert which makes no sense. Waste of my time. I was really hopeful because it sounded like a great idea however I kept getting errors registering with the code given to register. Then I was instructed to use a different email and couldn't load the register page from my work computer. However I began having intermittent issues with my front camera and flashlight. Then all of a sudden front cameras don’t work and just give me a black screen and flashlight stops working all together. I tried a bunch of fixes but nothing worked. I then deleted the app and it worked immediately. I will not be downloading this app again. ### 1/5 — Junk *2025-01-18* Tried several different organization codes, none worked. I get several from my organization and get to a point where I have to delete the app and reinstall. I use this app to receive and acknowledge notifications applicable to my organization, which is what it was designed to do. The backside system holds the ability to push notifications, etc. and will push notifications to all of your registered devices/means of contact (email, text via cell phone, this app, etc.) Once the event is cleared in the backside system, the notifications will be deleted. Again, this app is used to receive notifications and report accountability as pushed by the backside system, which it does very well. ### 5/5 — Excellent app, works best if you know how to use it! *2014-11-08, version 2.4.1* When used as a part of a corporate mass notification system this app works flawlessly. Of course having an enterprise system in place before having this app will work wonders for its usefulness. When the system works, it works well, with timely notifications. I requested notifications to this app, several phone numbers and email addresses. Not every notification is delivered every time. I do not know if that is an app issue or an AtHoc issue ### 3/5 — Update *2024-11-19* Can’t open the app since my phone updated.
