I only subscribed to Blackbox Pro for one month, but I was charged again this month. I want a refund because I cannot even use the service anymore. I tried contacting support, but nobody has replied to me. The only replies I received seemed like scams asking me to check my Blackbox account, which did not solve anything. I paid for the service but cannot use it

Let's say for example I'll work on something all day and you go about your day and suddenly it's gone. you ask the ai chat bot and it'll respond to you like you're crazy, like what project, I didn't work on that with you before, if you want it, why don't you just tell me about it and I'll try to rebuild it...? Like what?!

So you remember all my other projects but not the one we just barely did....

I wanted this to work. I really did. I even paid for the subscription. However, its very slow to respond (its not my internet) and guess what? I cant even manage my subscription to cancel the ongoing charge cuz the app freezes! 
Stay away from this. Waste of time!

I downloaded this app to see if it was a good ai it said I could unlock many different tools if I subscribed so I did later on I found the app useless and hard to use so I tried to cancel my subscription but THER WAS NO WAY TO CANCEL IT I tried everything but it just doesn’t have a cancellation feature it’s notable and I hope it gets removed AGAIN DO NOT SUBSCRIBE.
