E.g. You will lapse on the 15th of May (maybe you don’t have time for the platform that month) and renew on the 3rd of June…then come the 15th of June your account claims its past due and you can’t even log in. Support is awful. Holly is probably the worst to deal with lol ### 1/5 — App is trash buttons dont work *2023-11-27* If your buying this service and expect the app to work dont. Some of the buttons, key for its usability doesnt even work. App doesn’t work on any of the iPhones I have tried it on. Company gave me 17.5% refund and allowed me continued use of the app, which is kind of nice but pointless because app doesn’t work on any of the iPhones I have tried it on. ### 1/5 — App crash on Login *2021-06-22, version 1.9.5* I really enjoy the service, all of the Mods are very knowledgeable and fun. However I’m not able to use app with IPhone XS Max. Crashes on login every time. ### 2/5 — Barely works *2025-05-14, version 2.11.21* Use your own app every day and see how poor it is. And now themanagement wants everyone to exclusively use the app for moderator & flow alerts, live chat and audio. Update: it’s not really intuitive. On both IPhone and iPad. I know traders and scalpers have their own agenda. I understood options. I have an understanding of the algorithm for the flow. Remember the human species is and has always been a visual species. Hire a UX professional and get the software up to standards of newer and newer systems. Than I will come back. ### 3/5 — Notifications Won't Stop *2021-04-29, version 1.9.5* The in-app notification settings seem pretty great if they worked. Unfortunately, I have had no luck getting any type of notification to turn off using the in-app toggle switches. This is a pretty important aspect of this app given that if you get all alerts and don't want them, your phone is constantly buzzing. I don't want to delete the app, but I also don't want a torrent of alerts when all I wanted was a few. It has made the learning curve essentially flatline. With free classes for members, real-time feeds on all markets, etc, I have been able to go from a nervous novice to growing my portfolio by 56% since January. FIFTY SIX PERCENT.
