### 1/5 — Rubbish

*2025-11-13*

Would not let me log in and I missed out on my discount

**Developer response:** We are sorry you have had difficulties logging in, please contact enquiries@blackbrooks.co.uk

### 1/5 — Appalling

*2025-07-28*

Absolutely rubbish app poor staff had to try and sort my order because the app is so bad it sent it to the wrong place and doesn’t tell you that anywhere. To anyone thinking of using it for anything don’t it will just cause you problems.

**Developer response:** Sorry to hear of your issues trying to order online. If you are willing to contact Blackbrooks on 01424 870710 or enquiries@blackbrooks.co.uk we can figure out what the issue was to fix this going forward.

### 1/5 — Absolute Pain!

*2025-05-23*

Unable to download on iPad so had to try on iPhone. Finally managed after four tries! The instruction lines are too close so you end up hitting the wrong instruction bar and cancelling out all that you have entered.
This app. is more likely to be used by a number of older people whose manual dexterity is somewhat less than a twelve year old! Suggest that you take this into account!

**Developer response:** We are very sorry to hear that you have experienced difficulties with the App. We endeavor to make the App as user friendly as possible. We will send on your feedback to the App developer to review

### 3/5 — Teething Problems?

*2025-05-21*

Great idea but won’t let me log in and when I try to change password the link sent to me says Error 404!

**Developer response:** We are sorry you are experiencing difficulties. If you are happy for us to investigate this further please forward your reset email along with your customer number to Appsupport@corbyfellas.com
