Tap the offline banner to see everything waiting to sync: clock-ins, clock-outs, checkpoints and end-of-shift entries, grouped by job. Sync manually when automatic sync fails, or clear entries that won't go through. Close a shift without signal. It saves on your device and uploads when you reconnect. More reliable app startup on Android and smoother clock-out screens. ### 1.34.0 — 2026-07-28 Your personal documentation, now in the app. Complete the forms assigned to you — onboarding paperwork, certifications, policy acknowledgements and ongoing personnel records — directly from your phone. • Forms assigned to you personally now appear alongside your company's forms, under Profile › Fill your documentation. • Attach photos and files, sign on-screen, and fill in dates and multi-row tables. • Already submitted something? Reopen it and update it as your documentation changes. Your company and personal records stay separate, even when they use the same form. Offline mode is here. Keep working when you lose signal: • Your jobs list and job details stay available offline, using data saved the last time you were connected. • Clock in, clock out and end your shift with no connection. It's all saved on your device and syncs automatically once you're back online. • Clear banners show when you're viewing saved data and when a shift is still waiting to sync. Add services and materials straight from the pricebook, each shown at the correct price for its rate type (Hourly, Daily, and so on). Suggested items now match the rate type you selected, so the price and label always agree. Custom fields on field tickets Capture details like Well names directly on a draft field ticket. Filled-in values appear on the field ticket PDF and carry over to the invoice automatically. Correct field ticket numbers everywhere Draft tickets now show their real number (e.g. FT-2026-017) in the list, the details header, and the generated PDF — no more blank or dashed numbers. Clearer job labels Evidence books, notes, and chat now display real job names and numbers instead of internal ID fragments. Field tickets on client-less jobs You can now create a field ticket on a job that doesn't have a client assigned yet.
