It tells me it does not recognize my username /password when using my Face ID, have to try the same password 3 or 4 times, then lets me in and I have to reenable my Face ID. It is very frustrating when you need info in real time. ### 1/5 — Locked out. *2023-04-07, version 22.2.200* This is the only app that I’ve ever heard of that “thinks” you’re still logged in after you swipe up to close. Once you close the app, as you would anything else on your smartphone, this app thinks you’re still logged in and times out the session locking you out of your online banking account. I’ve changed my password 5 times in the last four days due to this. Unreal. When bringing it up with customer service, the bank is well aware of this strange issue and agree that the whole process is odd. A bank employee even admitted to me that it seems like this is the only app that is counterintuitive like this. Seriously considering switching banks. I feel like I’m going to visit someone or all of people working there every time I enter the building. Even if their on the phone or dealing with a customer these folks take the time to wave, say hi or nod with a smile. Sometimes I forget what I came to do. Blackhawk Back has been my bank for about 38 years and will continue to be my bank. Thank you for being more than just a bank.
