## What is Blackhawk Business Mobile?

The Blackhawk Bank iPhone App is a mobile solution that enables bank clients to use their iPhone to initiate routine transactions and conduct research anytime, anywhere.  Clients can view account balances, transaction history and account alerts, initiate account transfers, make mobile deposits, pay bills and find ATMs.  The Blackhawk Bank iPhone App supports all types of accounts including checking, savings, certificates of deposit, money markets, loans and lines of credit.

All you need is a Blackhawk Bank Online Banking ID and password to access your accounts using the Blackhawk Bank iPhone App.  Contact Client Services at 866.771.8924 during normal business hours to find out how to get an Online Banking ID and password.

There is no fee from Blackhawk Bank.  Connectivity and usage rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for more details.

Numerous times my debit card has been shut off by this bank. Who do I call when they shut off my debit card. 911? Nope you have to wait until Monday morning when they are working. Worst bank ever-10 stars

I like how easy the app is to use, but my touch ID doesn’t work. Every time I go to preferences and turn it on, I close the app and restart it & it resets it back to off. I have a lengthy password, so when I’m trying to quickly check my account balance, it is annoying.

I get so frustrated of this app. I when to the back. Also a called.  they are so rude. Is like I’m bother them on asking question about how to log in to my account. There isn’t a place to put user name or net teller login. This is ridiculous😡. No starts

Do not trust your monies to this app! It does not work on iPhone 6s or iPad Mini. Difficult to impossible to find screen to pay bills after recent changes to the app. Automatic update did not occur. Paid one bill twice because system did not show first payment or send text confirmation to either payment. Because pay was done electronically, second cannot be cancelled and screen froze repeatedly, then let me login to the secure site without entering my password.  Very scary app from a security perspective.

I used to be able to give this app 5 stars.
Now 1 star so I can write this review.
There is no box to enter my user name and then it crashes. 
I called Blackhawk Bank but they were not able to help me. 
I hope this gets fixed soon.
