However, every time I try to download something, I just get a “please try again” message — and nothing works. This is extremely frustrating. I paid money for a service that simply doesn’t function. I feel misled, and so far, there’s been no proper support or solution. Unless this is fixed immediately, I’ll have to report the issue and request a refund.
