While the gameplay and variety of games is amazing, I find it a bit predatory how often I receive pop ups for different items for purchase as a “discount” and tbh, I’ve spent more money than I’d like to admit, and never get value for what I’m spending. For example, if I buy lottery tickets, it says I can win up to a certain amount, I usually do 5B, meanwhile I never collect more than 5M. Like ever over a span of years! Also whenever I make a coin purchase and I play spades, it’s like my partner is a bot and makes boneheaded decisions specifically so we lose and my balance goes back to zero. I’ve had partners that had trump cards and throw off instead of winning the book, and end up being set by one book. Sometimes it’s too obvious to ignore. You can almost predict what’s going to happen every single hand. Dealer up card is a face card 9/10 times they have a 20. Dealers are constantly pulling 21 on 5,6,7 card runs. I am a frequent buyer of season passes and enjoy micro-transactions for games like these. Unfortunately, I would strongly recommend heading elsewhere. Customer service was ineffective, the game has significant bugs in its reward system (makes me fear what happens if an issue occurs with real money…) Note to f2p players. The videos either work or don’t. They started off 3-second clips on day 1, referencing their internal specials. I was impressed at first. Then day 2, it switched to 60-second clips that would never proceed beyond “reward granted,” requiring a force close. Game itself is pretty good, probably a 3.5 star game. Clearly intended to milk your chips… but it’s a casino game. In order to reraise on someone's all in, is if they doubled your raise.
