I’m sure the system realizes I’m not purchasing chips, but banking the freebies every hour. But, this only steers me away from purchasing chips. I can’t draw on a 12 without busting but the dealer will get 4-7 cards and win the hand. And face cards are allocated to the dealer,if you see a king then he’ll get another high card. I mean I know that the house has an edge,however,it seems that when I take a hit on let’s say 12 I almost always get a 10 and go bust ! Their customer service is terrible, I emailed them several times with no response. If you bet all your chips and win then think I'll lower my bet now. guess what... You can't... Your only choice is to raise the and once you have that's it. The whole point of black jack is to raise your bet when the count is in the positive and lower it when the count is negative. I realize you can't actually keep a count on a computer version but not being able to change your bit is really stupid. For example, I had an Ace and a Five and took a hit and got a King. The software said I busted with a 25 but it should of been 15. Another time I had two Eights but the software wouldn't give me the option to split them. I am an avid blackjack player and decided to try out this one. Well I did really well at first then I honestly lost almost every hand. The dealer had a ten under almost every face card. It was very funny. ### 1/5 — Not Vegas Rules *2012-11-09, version 2.1* When the dealer is showing a face card and hiding an ace, the game lets you draw anyway. In a casino the dealer always checks for an ace and the game immediately ends if the dealer has blackjack. Also, in this game, if you have blackjack the dealer still draws afterwords. If both are showing an ace, there is no option for even money. The game is unnecessarily burning cards which will change the outcome of future hands. There also seems to be an unrealistic amount of blackjacks on the player side. What is the point of practicing a game if the rules are different? Lack of attention to detail on the developers.
