Going back clears info and you have to enter a location again. Overall not as user friendly as most pizza apps. STOP blocking the paste feature when I want to add credit cards. I chose cash instead, next time I just won’t order at all. Dominoes already lost my order because their app reset everything which was worse. With that said, check the coupon prices as I’ve seen many deals that just tack on an extra $3 and think you won’t see it at checkout. Yeah, I’m talking to you location BJCO020 with the Blackjack Favorite for $17.99 that never appears correct. Luckily they honor it in the store but there I am again bugging people. ### 3/5 — One lil issue *2024-09-18, version 4.5.0* All is fine, smooth process; like any other pizza app. But why is there no tracker? I should be able to see the progress of my ZA. Link is inactive ### 2/5 — Fine if you pay cash *2022-11-20, version 3.0.5* The ordering part of the app works well enough, but the credit card payment system is COMPLETELY broken and has been for years. If you’re adding a new card, it works fine. However if you attempt to use that card again in the future, it’s simply gives you an error code to select a mode of payment. If you attempt to re-enter that card information it also gives you an error saying that that card has already been entered. Attempting to view your saved cards under your profile also gives you an error. So if you want to pay by credit card you’ll need to enter a brand new card every time you place an order. As of this writing there have been several updates with “bug fixes“, but apparently fixing the credit card system isn’t one of them. ### 1/5 — Broken app *2022-07-17, version 3.0.4* App worked for a few orders and now won’t let me select an address and crashes. Website has a similar issue. Been an issue for about a month on both ends. On the plus side, I found new places to order from that work. ### 3/5 — Dated app that needs an update! *2022-04-09, version 3.0.3* Not sure why it doesn’t have it already, but this app needs Apple Pay. C’mon. It’s 2022. I’m not going to put my credit card into a Blackjack app account where I don’t know what kind of security it entails, where meanwhile Apple puts in billions of dollars a year in app security, so why not leverage that and put the burden of tech and liability on Apple and their unlimited resources? Online payment has already been securely built into the os since 2014 (almost a decade ago), so why not use that feature instead of the old-school internet way? It would be nice, too, if it showed the status of the order and where the driver is, but ya know, that’s new tech that was introduced years ago, so it’s too new for Blackjack. It’d be icing on the cake and nice for a new full app launch, but it’s not an emergency (though in a couple years, it will show its age and will be a priority). No Apple Pay is a big problem, though, that makes me dread ordering through the app. Payments are a breeze with Apple Pay, from the consumers’ experience. ### 3/5 — Need a tip option *2022-01-12, version 3.0.3* I downloaded this because I could not order online. It went great but I couldn’t add a tip for the driver, not even an option. But when we call they have them. I have a card that expires 1/26 and there is no way to use it. I imagine this bug will only get worse as more months pass.
