Can’t add doesn’t know the rules

I like the game in general but since when does a king, queen, an ace, a three and a two add up to 16? If you stand on a low number like 12 because the dealer has a low card showing the dealer won’t take a card even if he has only 13. Also I got 12 about 6 times in a row and busted on every one. I know the odds are with the house but this is ridiculous.

Messed up

The dealer stands on 16 or less to make you loose and can't add correctly and goes over 21 and makes you loose at times. Needs some work and it could be a nice app.
