Currently not working properly with any of the new Cine cameras and the Pyxis. ISO ranges display incorrectly. No ISO 800 available on the new URSA Cine LF

I am blown away that this app is so incredibly limited. How can this be the official black magic app and you can basically only change just a couple of settings? Come on black magic. You should be able to control every setting on the camera through this app

I tested this at home and it worked. Then when I was shooting my short film with a crew we wasted 15 mins trying to get it to connect and gave up. Good idea if it worked and you could trust it.

This worked on my M1 MacBook Air until just recently. I can connect to the camera on an ipad but not running it on M1 devices.

No focus function! No preview of the viewfinder. The recording button still does not work reliable!!! No chance to switch from automatic to manual exposure. Completely useless. I hope, that blackmagic will soon develop a new app, according to the reputation of the brand and to the conception of the product line.

Trying to use this with my BMPCC 6K and aside from it not even showing the most ESSENTIAL settings, it shows f1.2 for my f2.8 lens and trying to adjust it only has it pop back to 1.2!! Unbelievable how SHODDY this thing is and it hasn’t been updated in ages! BMD clearly doesn’t care. 

And why isn’t this showing up on my IPHONE?? How is this only available for IPAD?? What a mess. Something one apparently has to get used to with Blackmagic!!

Total FAIL. ZERO stars... if I could.

Having Bluetooth control over your BMPCC6K is a wonderful tool to have, but I do hope to see the feature set extended. 

Additions:
 - I would love to see the ability to change the codec on the fly
 - I would love to have a preview window available of the screen, even if it’s delayed and not live. Adjustments often change exposure and using false colour, focus peaking or zebra stripes can assist on uncalibrated screens. For example, with solo shooting, just being able to see that I’m out of focus would be extremely helpful between takes.

Bugs:
 - Currently (Apr 8, 2020, camera software 6.9), the iris on the Bluetooth app resets to 1.2 no matter what f-stop it’s on. My lens goes to 1.4, so this is clearly a bug and doesn’t reflect what is in camera.

I have the Blackmagic camera app on my iPhone and it is excellent and perfectly controls every function on my camera (4K) including focus. I assumed iPad app would be the same, but it’s not. It has very limited controls and does not permit focus (which the phone apps does). It seems odd to me there is such a difference between the two. Am I missing something? Is there a paid version I should be aware of?

“Iris” changes the lens aperture but the screen pops back to the lowest possible aperture immediately.

App precisissima. Si connette subito e reagisce in tempo reale con la camera. Unica pecca è che non permette l'accesso (per quanto sono riuscito a vedere) a tutti i menu dell'Ursa. Va implementata perché è veramente utile e funzionale.
