I got to the settings and nothing comes up. ### 2/5 — No app support *2020-09-15, version 4.0* It’s surprisingly hard to find resources specific for blacktail deer on the west coast. For that, I want to give it 5 stars. Unfortunately it’s been a week since I was last able to watch videos. It gives me an error saying “something went wrong”. Sent an email and no response yet ### 2/5 — Save your money *2019-10-09, version 3.1* Very low production quality. Audio is bad, inconsistent and oven times almost inaudible. Video is beginner level. Quality of information is low. As a beginner hunter, most of the info are not going to help you and you have to listen to the guy bragging and tooting his own horn to find the few useful nuggets. Be aware if you purchase a monthly subscription it automatically renews every month. I only wanted it for the month of November and I discovered in January that I was still paying for a subscription. Unfortunately two days after subscribing I am able to play videos but get no audio. All other apps on my phone are fine, and I have no other audio issues with my equipment. In following links for support, starting in app then App Store which led to website and nowhere did I find a link to any support communication tools like email, chat or phone. After realizing that they had an app out that helped explain how to maximize your time in the black tail Deerwoods. I was very excited to dive into this. Being one who likes to save money and knowing that I would be utilizing this app over a number of months, I decided to do the annual subscription. After I subscribed and downloaded the app none of the videos would work. When I click on the play icon, it simply comes up as fees may apply and I close that out and try again and it repeats. I even went to the degree of going into my local Verizon store and they stated it was a problem with the app. I’ve reached out to hunt multiple times via email as that’s the only way to contact them with no response and it’s been one month. Might be a bit of an expensive subscription, but people use your brains, if it doesn’t take you a year to watch all the videos... don’t buy a year. I decided out of curiosity to get the app and I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. In two evenings I watched every video and many of them more than once. With a few minor changes in my game plan (suggestions from the app) I was able to take my largest, most mature Blacktail ever! So excited. Worth every cent for this app!! The second year I hunted I successfully took a record Blacktail but have since been skunked. I’m confident with Steve’s videos I’ll have success this season harvesting a mature Blacktail.
