Do the people who develop these apps ever use them? This is rubbish, I would welcome a chat with the 10 year old who produced this trash.

Trying to add a payment card to get to work this morning, and it keeps asking for account ID and password, which isn’t the one I signed up with? 
Makes no damned sense!
