A wonderful simple yet comprehensive review of the complex subject of bladder and cloacal exstrophy. A great resource for parents that have a child with this disorder, and for these children. In addition the pediatrician, urologist, and pediatric surgeon, who are consulted for this relatively rare disorder are able to discuss this more fully with the family. Illustrations are simple, yet exact. This review can be highly recommended for parents and care givers who are faced with a child with exstrophy.
