Bladder Strong is an excellent app. I used it alongside physical therapy following my prostatectomy, and it was instrumental in my recovery.  It’s also ideal for anyone who completed therapy a while ago but needs a refresher to get back on track.

The app is built around a highly effective 10-week program to regain continence. What I appreciate most are the progress tracking, clear video demonstrations for every exercise, and targeted insights for common post-surgery challenges. It even includes guided mindfulness and breathing exercises. 

Created by an experienced physical therapist drawing on decades of clinical practice, this app delivers real expertise.

I highly recommend it!
