의사가 기록을 해보자고해서 쓰기 시작했는데 그 전에 진짜 계랑컵 쓰기 싫었습니다. 앱으로 기록하니 편하네요. 컵안들어도 되고 기록도 그냥 되고, 빈도와 양까지 그냥 기록에 들어가니 보기도 편하고 그렇습니다.

컵우로 채크할때와 소리로 기록하는것에 차이가 있지않을까 의구심이 있어서 처음에는 반신반의 했는데 기록해보니 별반 차이없고 체크 잘 되네요. 

소변에 대해 여러가지문제를 한번에 겪고 있는지라 치료 경과도 봐야하는데 체감이 아니라 숫자로 확인하니 좋네요. 

요의를 느껴도 좀 참았다가 소변 양을 같이 기록하면서 방광의 기능이 회복되는지 꾸준히 살펴볼 예정입니다. 

좀 더 써보도록 하겠습니다.
