I come back about a year later and my account doesn’t exist. I even had it linked but tried using the link and the app didn’t support the function. I am highly disappointed being that I was a player that not enjoyed the game but spent money as well. ### 2/5 — Pay to play *2019-03-27, version 3.48.1* I've played many of these games, and usually even in the p2p games you can still get needed items without paying. Well not here. Over the years these developers have gotten incredibly cheap. You want gear, buy it, you want weapons, buy it. You want anything that you could possibly need to be able to play the game, buy it. And we're are not talking small amounts either, everything is so overly priced is just pathetic. They have run off more than 3/4 of the players. People quit every day because they tired of farming for nothing. On average I kill 30 bosses a day, that's 2700 bosses a week (no small feat either) and get nothing. Only thing to ever drip from bosses are quills (you won learn to hate this word) quills are items for lvl 10 players and usually only needed for a week and then even they are done with them. But lvl 800 bosses drip them like they are going out of style ( and they did, a long time ago) say anything to customer support and you get pie typed letters that usually have nothing to do with your inquiry or a letter basically telling you "better luck next time" This game used to be something special, something all players loved to play but over time they have gotten too greedy and now give players nothing and make you pay for everything. **Developer response:** Dear player, thank you for your feedback. Today it started showing and update so my husband and I did the update, but now we can’t get in game at all. Every time we go to load it the game says there is an update which is what we have already done. S119-Caelum Dishzair Update... this game is pay to win period don’t waste ur money... spent almost 2 years on this game and could not break top 100 even when I put around 400$ into it... also there customer support is a joke ### 2/5 — Don’t bother if you have Apple devices. *2018-12-10, version 3.40.1* I’ve been playing for nearly two years and it’s been apparent that the game runs better on non-Apple devices (feedback I’ve gathered from those on my server). Lately the lag issues and excessive app crashes make things unplayable. It’s kind of difficult to be competitive when dealing with a few seconds of lag between my device and the game server. I get the same result whether I’m on 200 Mbps WiFi or LTE data. Naturally customer service always blames some sort of user error, but I’ve tried every possibility and ruled out issues on my end. ...that and all the same complaints I hear about from other Apple users. I keep getting told to wait for the next update, but it’ll be the same thing as always: new content/events added, old bugs and issues unfixed, and new bugs and issues with the new stuff that was just added. Customer support is useless and unless you started at the very beginning you’re never going to get anywhere. Every cross server event will put you with top paying players well over 300 times your level that you’ll never win. But don’t worry, devs say it’s “normal” and that it won’t be addressed. Don’t bother using customer support either. It’ll get you nowhere other than angry and disappointed with how much you’ve wasted your time. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2018-11-27, version 3.40.1* The game would be really good if it was from another company. This company is garbage. They break things every time they do an update and instead of fixing it, they leave it broken for a while and then just remove the event. People spend diamonds (which is the only way to be able to do ANYTHING in this game) on an event buying mats and they turn around and get rid of it instead of fixing it AND they don’t compensate you for it. Also they send out chests that tell you that you have to spend certain amount of diamonds to open (688 for example) but when you do it doesn’t open...... instead you actually have to spend almost 100 diamonds more to open even though the box clearly says spend 688. When you bring up anything to customer service they tell you to post a pic and they may or may not get to it lol..... they are extremely lazy. Thank you for your support. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2018-10-19, version 3.38.1* I have played for months and reached a high level and the moment I first played the game glitches have happened and the screen will either go purple or green. After the first Dragonborn update my game has gone completely useless. It’s not playable, more glitches, every time a new day starts I need to download the game over and over again. As if I deleted the app every time but didn’t. My armor that I originally had won’t show and I have T4 wings but only T1 wings show the whole time. Whenever the game needed an update everything went fine without any problems. Since the first Dragonborn update it requires and update and takes forever to the point the day is almost over and you can’t play. Spend 1000++ and get all junk. To complete each event cost you at least $200!! Not to mention grinding for gear... fk the boss hardly drop anything!! Seriously bnr just want to focus on getting player money! They don’t understand what gamer want... so what the point playing? Spending get junk, and grinding waste of time, since boss hardly drop anything... oh... not to mention player on server... mostly just dead sever, each player play with themself on multiple ghost account... ### 1/5 — Terrible Service, Decent Game. *2018-09-22, version 3.38.1* It’s a real shame the customer service is complete garbage with a game that is decent. Total money grab and pay to play. Even with paying to play the servers don’t recognize purchases. After several attempts at getting a resolution for a very small purchase, they just want to play games. If your an F2P player don’t waste your time. If your a P2P player be very cautious. I would spend your money on any of the other games out there in this same genre. Update: After disputing with Apple (very easy and quick) they charged me again! Keep your eyes out for these devs!!!! ### 1/5 — No customer service *2018-09-19, version 3.38.1* I bought some gems in the shop and it apparently lagged out , I checked my receipts on the App Store showing the transaction went through despite not receiving what I paid for. The ironic thing is that they had a list of banned people for receiving ,”malicious refunds” when clearly there is no customer service or any information to contact the creators on their website or in the game itself. It seems to me this game is a scam. Don’t waist your money on this poorly developed game . ### 1/5 — Blades & Rings waste of time by Hondo *2018-09-07, version 3.38.1* Been playing for about 6 months, started great and thought this was going to be a great game that I wouldn’t have to spend that much money on. Boy was I wrong. We all are to a point where you have to buy, beg, or steal equipment and gear. Drops started out great, but here we are going on a week plus of not getting a drop of anything of value. We all have a problem with buying equipment and gear because players are leaving the game for said above reasons. Our Server (S481) may have between 10 and 15 players. 8 of those players are in the same guild. As you can see not enough activity for the server to progress and grow. Registered a ticket with customer service about this and their word to me was “you need to play the game more”, my account of 3 characters stay logged on about 16 hours a day, so how much more can I play or grind for drops? This kind of thinking and attitude is spreading across our server (10-15 people) and across other servers as well. Will it change? Thank you for your support. ### 1/5 — Customer Service Does Not Care *2018-08-20, version 3.35.1* It is no wonder this game suffers, they put a hard line that no matter what the issue a customer is having, even if it is caused by their programming they send out a generic response that they understand. If you really understood then there would be something done about it. I was in the game for a long while and had various issues and not once did they ever help. Think their motto is “tough sh.t”, needless to say don’t bother wasting your money on this game. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Pay to win *2022-12-01, version 3.81.4* C.S. Is a joke and game is a ripoff. Half of the events they have are broken and the other half you have to spend a minimum of $300-$500 per an event. God forbid you us B diamonds, because those packs are 99% guaranteed to not open. This game has become nothing more then a ripoff and if you contact C.S. They give you the standard answer of so sorry please spend more money. Of the last 7 event (all in one month) 5 of the events were broken and anyone that spent money was basically told it was the players fault. Of course C.S. Didn’t respond until event was over then stated that they needed proof. All of us that spent money were told “oh well, there will be another event soon spend more money on that one”. They have made no effort to even try to make it right with the players that spent money. If you point out to C.S. that it really is a game problem then C.S. Blocks the player’s ability to contact C.S. 37 games/blades and rings do NOT care as long as they get their money to the point they will double charge customers then ban them if they ask for a refund of what they player didn’t actually spend. Not to mention, they have nerfed every class except assassin and summoner in an effort to force people to spend $100 for a class change card. The 2 original classes (warrior and archer) have been nerfed the most making warrior the weakest class in the game. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2022-10-01, version 3.81.4* Played the game for over 5 years straight with no real bug fixes and trash devs that refuse to respond to any real criticism. Just a pre made message saying the same trash everytime. Also if they mess up a payment and you tell them or want your money back. Not only will you not get your money but they will ban you from the game. Part of this I blame on the App Store because they won’t help you even if you show them they are doing this. ### 1/5 — Terrible Game, Great Idea *2020-03-29, version 3.58.2* Dungeon Matching - severely Broken, wait for hours to find players on your dungeon... hours... if they even show up. Server Boss - kill a boss 99 times for their loot to drop. Watch out though, as you get near the 99th life it is highly likely that another player will come kill you, making them the “loot owner” you have to respawn, run all the way back and hope that you can kill that player before they kill your boss that just spent 20 minutes beating down. If the boss does first, that player gets all of your loot. Pay to Play - this is a very obvious pay to play. $50 to play as a special character, events end early, no real point to playing this. - Delete- ### 1/5 — Why? *2020-01-19, version 3.58.2* Why advertise the Gunner and the Summoner if players must top up money to even be able to play those classes or the new Shadow Assassin with a class change card? That doesn’t mean it’s available to start with right away and that’s false advertising. No one wants to play a game with all these cool classes if you have to pay for three of them at least. I want to play the game and invested a decent amount of money and time into the last character I played, but I stopped playing when I saw that I had to pay even more money just to change classes into a Summoner, Gunslinger or Assassin. I as a player want to play them without having to pay money. I am sure a lot of players wish for the same thing. I have been a fan and player since late 2017 when I first discovered this game and have since sunk at least 1k USD easily into this game. I dearly wish I could take that money back because I’m disappointed that many of the best features for free players who can’t put cash in are so ridiculously hard to get or unlock that they’re going to give up playing after a few weeks max because people drop money and now they’re impossibly farther than people who started at the same time as them. Please please please at the very least make Gunslinger, Summoner, and Assassin available to all players for free because I can almost guarantee more people would want to play if ALL classes were available from the start to pick from. **Developer response:** Dear player, very sorry for the game issue you met. Best regards,37 Games Support Team. ### 1/5 — Greedy and False advertisement *2019-09-12, version 3.52.1* I am fed up with this game after playing from the start two years ago. They over charge for everything and even when they advertise something in an event where you have to spend a lot of money, they end the event early without any warning (which is ironic because they only ended half of the event where some stuff was being rewarded for completing quests daily which also cost money but you could still get some free stuff). In a nutshell, they are crooks. They end the free stuff earlier than the event advertises so you spend more money trying to get to the last rewards. When you write to customer service you only get a pre written generated response telling you “there is no issue and sorry for the inconvenience” and nobody cares about doing the right thing even according to their advertisement. Let’s put it this way, If I had the money I’d hire a lawyer because they really take people’s money without honoring their own guidelines and announcements. I used to enjoy playing, now I hate it so much I’m trying to find a way to get my money back for false advertisement and complete lack of empathy and customer service. ### 1/5 — Greedy and uncaring *2019-07-08, version 3.50.1* I've played this for quite a few years now and spent hard earned money on it as well. I was away for quite some time and have decided that I didn't want to put another dime into the game. So i asked for a full refund and let them know i was okay with being deleted from this game and even banned from this game as long as I received my full refund. They always come back with a non-caring statement of "Hi, if the order is complete and you have received the items, we cannot refund you. Please understand." I do not care about the items. Im wanting my money back so I can use the money on something that will benefit me better such as bills. Its not not like the amount of money I spent is going to severely hurt their bank account if they fully refunded me when they have people spending thousands on it in a week. I didn't want to have to post a review but this may be the only way I can get them to refund me. ### 1/5 — Game is expensive but addictive *2019-04-23, version 3.48.1* Hi so I’ve played for about 7 months I’m lvl R462 Mia46. Honestly I’m so addicted to this game that I can’t sleep. If you love growing from nothing to a god with tons of and tons and tons of different things to level and talent trees this game is for you. However the last event they stole our communities money by false advertisement. So this past “elf party” event they had a (Victor Genesis) labeled prize for 60 (candies) anyways you only get 1 candy per fire work you buy (each 80 diamonds) 62 diamonds is 1 dollar so do the math it’s expensive. Anyways when me and our worlds players opened the prize up guess what? It turned to (leader Genesis) a absolute rip off and I brought this to customer service 2 days ago and have not heard back from them and several of us want our money back or our Victor Genesis sent through the mail. That’s the least you can do. I love the game I recommend for anyone that has a lot of time on their hands to invest some time into this game however I will update this 1 star rating with a follow up on how they resolve this issue and if they truly care for their gaming community. Still guys give it a try but will wait and see if they stole our money or if it was an honest mistake. I’m currently on Dog server formally RatS1 along with rabbit S2 ect since new cs merge pls correct this mistake leader is a 4pc set it’s not a 10pc Victor. I don’t have facebook I don’t like Facebook the world would be a much better place without that crap platform. After months of playing this game with minimal issues besides a random crash once a day or so. It now is entirely unplayable. Every time you log in it will crash within 15 seconds. Great effing job morons. You’re about to lose half your customer base. Because by the time you fix this crap for all players, I will lose my competitive edge unless I spend boat loads of cash to catch up due to their errors. The one thing is it needs to be optimized my iPhone 5s can no longer run the game because of the amount of ram and processing power required to start up the game if you guys can somehow dampen the startup to where it’s not a all at once overload into a over time load. ### 5/5 — Ooooooooh *2019-06-10, version 3.48.1* This game is really great the graphics are amazing and you can make the best goddesses ever from normal warrior to archer to a wizard and the ultimate one the dragon/human and many more. You can steal rings from gods, dwarfs goblins to get different powers. You can enchant your own awesome armor. But best of all there is a offline mode we’re if your offline you can still battle monster and go from level 20 to 200 in one night. People get mad when someone steals their boss constantly, yeah it's a pvp zone for a reason. People complain that it's a pay to win, make friends with lots of people and you can be top 20 in almost everything without spending money. I will agree however that the servers die fast and that there should be new things added for the ones who don't spend money to have enjoyment. As it stands now, you can only sell things in the market. This isn’t very helpful. To get anything, players have to have diamonds. Trading would be much better, and would allow the higher level players to help low leveled players. No. Because you’re never going to outspend the guy who’s already at the top spending a lot of money and his time. They do have constant “events” to help get items/permanent buffs, even if you can’t get Every item without spending money, just maybe half. -Is Customer Support “terrible”? Not really actually, they have an In-game CS ticket system that employees consistent respond back to me within a day. -The game has surprising sorta-depth in the late game, however leveling slows down so it’s hard to reach it without spending months of time.
