Really how many times do you need to tell me about sales and then how many times do you need to remind me about your sales. Its a little over the top with the emails. I know I can opt out of them which I have done but I usually see what kind of and how much garbage I get from apps to judge if I want to continue giving them my money. It’s too bad cause your stores are great and your employees are great also. But your emails have soured your corporate image for me. ### 3/5 — Needs work *2023-09-09* The app doesn’t allow a person to add a gift card to their account. ### 3/5 — NOT iPad Optomized *2022-12-08* There is a new Blaine’s FF opening up in Rhinelander. I am looking forward to shopping there. I wanted to look at what they offer and downloaded this app. The screen is NOT optimized for iPad which is the tool I use for online searching and shopping. While not a deal breaker, it is frustrating. If you happen to have the latest version of the app, you should be able to add your card to Apple Wallet. ### 1/5 — Dumb *2020-06-11, version 2.9.0* Makes it near impossible to find out how to apply farm exemption tax form towards my purchase. ### 3/5 — Not bad *2020-05-21* The app works pretty well so far but there’s no way to change the credit card or to delete the credit card used. I don’t like that. **Developer response:** We apologize! This should only be an issue if you have an existing order that’s open (not yet shipped/picked up). Otherwise you should be able to edit payment data in the account management area. Please contact customer service or let us know in the feedback area if you continue to have problems! ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2020-05-14, version 2.8.3* There is no way to cancel an order or add/alter it. I placed an online order expecting to pick it up the same day, some issues occurred and it exceeded 8 days, rather than cancel the order the store in Lake Hallie, WI marked it as “picked up” even though I had not been to the store to retrieve the items as such my credit card was billed... for the items that weren’t picked up. I now have to go in the store for a refund, needless to say this is why apps like Walmart and Amazon are used so frequently. ### 3/5 — Needs update *2020-03-02* Needs a big update no matter if settings say on for camera or off it doesn’t allow me To use the scanner :( **Developer response:** We’re sorry! I live within a 2 minute drive or short walk so I’m a frequent shopper there. I also take my van to the automotive shop for nearly every repair or new tires. Recently I bought 2 similar turtleneck sweaters that were both on clearance, and had them picked up. My bill reflects a different clearance price for each sweater, although the original price is the same for both items. I assumed it was a clerical error so I called customer service to ask for a refund or even store credit for the amount I overpaid. The reply I got was “Call Corporate”. Well, I plan to do just that, but I will NOT shop at the local store again due to the lack of customer service. One more unhappy customer who has to go somewhere else for satisfaction! ### 1/5 — Won’t Allow Login *2025-09-04, version 2.38.0* Worst app I’ve ever tried. I downloaded it, created an account, and it won’t log me in. Don’t bother! ### 1/5 — Primitive *2025-05-02, version 2.37.0* Not available optimized for an iPad. Can login with windows and android ### 1/5 — No one cares about their job *2022-08-18* It’s more and more obvious every time I go into the store and see employees wandering and playing on their phone they don’t really care about their jobs. Picked up a drive through order and they couldn’t even get that right. 2 bags of 25 blank orange ear tags. Both numbered 1-25 and two different colors. If you have the time it’s better to drive to tractor supply in Harvard. So went back to the store and the young man said I know why your back, you left your credit card, I have already put it back at the main customer counter, and they were getting ready to call my home.
