Viele glauben, dass man nur als (werdende) Mama zu uns kommen kann. Dem ist aber nicht so. Unsere Yoga- und Fitnesskurse werden von Frauen in ganz unterschiedlichen Lebenssituationen geliebt. Uns verbindet der Wunsch nach mehr Wohlbefinden, Ruhe, Spaß, Ausdauer und Verbingung. Egal ob Mama oder Nicht-Mama, alt oder jung. In unseren Kursen herrscht eine wundervolle Atmosphäre  ein Safe Space, in dem du so sein kannst wie du bist.
