I have found it very difficult to exchange an item so much so that I have had to re buy my item in the smaller size rather than exchanging it so not very happy and I have had to pay delivery.

I have logged in tonight to see my orders and saying I have no orders even though I have 13 orders, I logged in the day before and could see as I wanted a size for t-shirt I bought but when I Clicked on the Oder details there was no size just description so this is a separate problem I think it’s easier just to login on line as just works

I was a bit dubious seeing Blakely online and not many reviews at the time but so glad i took a chance. I have loved all products ive bought, leggings, jumpers, t shirts, hoodies, trousers. the only downside for me is im only 5ft 3in so would love a petite range please

I’ve always found the customer service excellent at Blakely. This time I emailed as I couldn’t find an e-voucher I had and Matt in Customer Service emailed me it again. Super helpful as now I have ordered another hoodie to add to my collection. Very quick response time too. Thank you Matt.😊
