I use my points, so the other day I thought I’d gotten a free, “Free” burrito, my points were removed, however they charged me anyway and took my points! Would be nice to get the free burrito, or at least my points returned😉👍 08/01/2026 It’s been a while, so first I want to thank the cooks, breakfast burritos, burgers great and tasty, fries uh, a little crispier would be nice, without asking. As to rewards, Corporate needs to rethink their decision on giving just fair rewards! I was getting any breakfast burrito, made the way I want….now a bean burrito is the only reward given for burritos 🤔😒 After all the $$$$ spent, and limiting the reward? I know everyone is cutting back, however, why not consider raising the point amount for a reward?? Example: 425 points as opposed to 700 or 725 points? Limiting the reward in such a way, now causes me to rethink my breakfast And lunch location! 😳🤷‍♂️😐 ( I can understand franchises, maximizing revenue, cutting back on quantity and quality ) the present corporate thought….less is more ideology is sad indeed! Just one more thing, I order extra items in my b burrito, and certain LB’s the burrito appears the same size as a burrito with no extras, example: my fav is the sausage burrito with easy red and then I add crispy bacon…at times not crispy, I don’t like limp bacon, and extra hash browns. They do not start making your order until you arrive and still take back seat to the people ordering on site. After 20 minutes of waiting, I needed to go inside to check on the status of my app order at which point they started working on the order. It only took 5 minutes after that which wasn’t long but if I had not gone in, they would have still not be preparing the order. Arrived at the store. There is one customer sitting in the store and my order hadn’t been started. 2 ladies talking up not doing their jobs. As soon as I walked in the manager looked at me and said “whatever it is the answer is no” may e joking but not funny at all. 27 minutes later we finally get out of there. Instead of cooking food she was talking About being from New York and how long she’s been in New Mexico. Added another item, a meal. Checked out and noticed reward burger was not listed. Walked into restaurant and talked with the counter person who promptly told me he could not help me. Manager Daniel came over to help me and long story short, helped me to my satisfaction with respect, honesty, and perseverance! Kudos to both employees at S. It’s always fresh and hot and there’s actually two things I can order one is the hashbrowns separately and two is the drink. I can’t pick a a fountain drink. I usually have to call them or the pick up service and let them know what the drink is. That’s it other than that thank you.
