I’ve done everything the app suggested: deleted, restarted phone, etc. and it still won’t connect to my phone. It also won’t let me connect to my computer. Difficulty every time I try to use it. Apple 12 will not connect to blankbok external drive. It worked one time but not for my updates. External drive does not respond no matter what you do.
