## What is Blanco Field?

Blanco Field is the official field app for Blanco Concrete employees and foremen.

KEY FEATURES
• Clock in / out with GPS at the jobsite
• Pause, resume, and switch projects during the day
• View your hours and published schedule
• See certifications and expiration alerts
• Location breadcrumbs only while you are clocked in
• Foreman crew board, daily time sheet, and work plans
• Announcements, chat, jobsite photos, and SDS / safety docs
• Disciplinary memo signing and time-off requests
• Works offline and syncs when you reconnect

LOCATION
Blanco Field uses your location when you clock in, pause, resume, switch projects, or clock out. While you remain clocked in, the app may also collect periodic location updates so your foreman and HR can verify you are at the jobsite. Tracking stops automatically when you clock out. A clear in-app disclosure is shown before location permission is requested.
