I use this for business coffee purchases, making large orders, and every single time I have to “download” my order receipts I have to do screenshots and put them together because there is no PDF option to download receipts. Therefore you would always be left with some funds left over if you wanted your full purchase to go through the app. A reward system like Cafe Nero is much more user friendly, either give an option to pay separately and only use the app to log reward points, or allow us to pay the exact amount required directly. There’s no customer service to email, just a chatbot who can’t understand anything outside the pre-populated options. It sent me a verification code so I knew my inbox was working but the verification code was for the next page and so I had to have a referral code in order to use the verification code. Long story short, the app sign up doesn’t work and it’s very annoying for everyone that try’s to use it. Blank street .. Fix your app !! ### 1/5 — app doesn’t work *2026-04-16, version 37.0.3* i’ve been trying to add a card so i can start collecting points and the app loads to oblivion. i can’t even order ahead on the app which used to be my fave feature. now not letting myself go unless i can get the points which i can’t bc the app doesn’t work ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2026-03-22* Love Blank Street drinks and as a regular customer decided it was time to get the app so I could order ahead and beat the queues. Downloaded the app and immediately got stuck behind a pop up window about enabling notification to receive order updates. No way out of that window, no button to approve and no exit button. I tried restarting the app and again the same pop up blocking you from be able to click on anything. I even tried enabling the notifications manually from my iPhone settings menu but the app isn’t showing up in my notifications list even after updating to the latest IOS. So I gave up, won’t be using the app until this bug is fixed. Updated review, I can now actually open the app without the annoying pop up, I made an account and registered for the rewards scheme but there’s no where on the app for me to see my points? And yes I’ve checked the app is updated to the current version! I can’t find it anywhere it’s not in the account section or showing on my app at all. Not sure why this app seems to have so many problems ### 1/5 — Poor Support & App *2025-02-06* Used the app for a while without too many issues, however since adding a significant amount of credit I’m no longer able to place orders. Shop staff are also unable to use exciting credit for in-person orders so I’ve wasted my money until blank street fix the issue.
