I LOVE this game BUT it freezes so much!! It’s so frustrating. What’s wrong?

I mainly do the challenge so I don’t have to worry about my progress being gone because I’m on level 167. However, When I click on the main menu button, it stays on the out of moves screen. Please note that my main level is 167.

暇な時間かなり重宝してます
確かに広告が多いですが
本当にやることが無いときだけやっているので
端末をオフラインにしてやっています。
すぐ飽きると思っていましたが黙々と続けて気づいたら900Lvくらいになっていました。
限界までやっていきたいとおもいます。

I hate the new version. The bright colors are not relaxing and are way too close to each other. I don’t know which color I am changing to.  The moving numbers are really distracting. The balls are falling and numbers are spinning. Way too much movement for an end of the day game, the only time I play. You need to soften the colors so that they aren’t so glaring. Used to be my favorite game. Not any more.

I used to love this game but the new “3D” view is terrible. The colors are difficult to decipher and it’s just harder on the eyes than the “2D” version. I wish there was an option to go back to that view.

Edit: This BS “No Videos Available” thing is beyond me, especially when forced ads happen to be available for some reason. The developers want nothing but to make people watch forced ads with no reward.

Lately it won’t advance to the next level. So I have to exit out of the app, and log back in each time. It also freezes on each level. I’d give it 5 stars if this wasn’t happening. It’s annoying, please fix it. Regardless I’m still playing it. Thank you.

プレゼントboxクリックして広告を見て「報酬を獲得しました」と出たのに15回から20回に1回くらいしかアイテムが貰えません。
これってバグ？　それでもゲーム自体は好きなので続けていたら、ほとんどボーナスアイテム貰えません。広告見せられるだけなのでもう無視しています。他の類似ゲーム探します。

I used to play this game a lot especially when traveling because I could play it on airplane mode. I started playing again recently but every few levels it starts glitching to the point where it doesn’t let me click on matches, even without being on airplane mode. And when I’m not on airplane mode there are ads after EVERY SINGLE LEVEL. I understand having a few ads every now and then but after every single level is just obnoxious. But airplane mode is even worse. I have to shut down the app after almost every level if I want to play on airplane mode. This is all very disappointing.

I love it, definitely addicted! I made it to 500, and the game closed and I opened up again and I was back to 1. Is 500 the limit, and it starts all over? It is frustrating to get that far and get dumped back to 1.
