## What is Blasting STEAM?

TRANSFORM EDUCATION INTO AN ADVENTURE

Blasting STEAM Club is the official mobile platform for students, teachers, and families connected to the Blasting STEAM educational organization. Whether you're enrolled in our afterschool programs, attending weekend workshops, or participating in our summer intensives, this app is your central hub for all club activities and learning experiences.

WHO WE ARE

Blasting STEAM Club is a registered nonprofit organization dedicated to providing hands-on STEAM education through structured classes, mentorship programs, and collaborative projects. We serve students ages 9-17 across multiple school districts, offering specialized tracks in robotics, coding, design, and communication skills.

WHAT THIS APP DOES

This is the companion app for Blasting STEAM Club members. It connects students with their enrolled classes, tracks assignment progress, facilitates communication with instructors, and celebrates achievements through our digital badge system.

FOR STUDENTS:
- Access your enrolled classes and view upcoming assignments
- Submit homework and project files directly through the app

FOR TEACHERS & INSTRUCTORS:

OUR CURRICULUM TRACKS

MECHA-ROBOTICS: Build and program robots using VEX, LEGO Mindstorms, and Arduino. Learn mechanical engineering, circuitry, and automation through hands-on projects.

CYBER LOGIC: Master programming languages including Python, JavaScript, and Scratch. Create games, apps, and websites while developing computational thinking skills.

ASTRO-3D: Explore digital design through CAD modeling, 3D printing, graphic design, and animation. Bring your creative visions to life with professional tools.

THE FORUM: Develop public speaking, debate, and critical thinking skills. Learn to articulate ideas, construct arguments, and communicate effectively.

SPECIAL ACTIVITIES: Join us for field trips, guest speaker sessions, end-of-year celebrations, and community events throughout the academic year.

SECURE & PRIVATE

All student data is protected with industry-standard encryption. Communications between students and teachers are monitored by administrators to ensure a safe learning environment. We never share student information with third parties. Parents and guardians maintain full visibility into their child's activities.
