Problem: nur 2 von 4 Master-Ventilatoren werden vom Handy bzw von der App erkannt. Nach erfolgreicher Anbindung der 2 Master-Ventilatoren ist eine Steuerung via App kurzfristig möglich.Spätestens am nächsten Tag ist die Verbindung nicht mehr möglich. Einzige Lösung. Zurück zu den Werkseinstellungen und das ganze nochmal… - für eine Steuerung außerhalb des WLAN Netzes ist ein Cloud-Zugang notwendig. Problem: unmittelbar nach der Registrierung ist eine Anmeldung nicht möglich, da angeblich Nutzername oder Passwort falsch sind… App wurde wieder gelöscht. Schade. So ein teures Produkt und dann bekommt Blauberg es nicht hin, eine einfach App zu erzeugen. App isn’t really user friendly and it’s a nightmare to connect to units. After lots of wasted time finally got it to operate to a half decent level with this app, but dared to change me internet provider and now cannot use the app with the units as it just doesn’t allow me to. Schade… ### 3/5 — Zeitsteuerung *2023-12-03, version 1.9* Liebe Blauberg Entwickler, erstmal vielen Dank, dass Ihr es ermöglicht die Lüfter per App zu steuern. Ich möchte gerne ein paar Hinweise für Verbesserungen geben, die wie ich glaube, aus einem ordentlichen Produkt ein gutes Produkt mit einem echten Wettbewerbsvorteil machen kann. Ich glaube, dass die meisten Nutzer sehr wenig Zeit in die Konfiguration stecken wollen, d.h. die Bedienung sollte so einfach wie möglich erfolgen und möglichst wenig manuellen Eingriff erfordern. Aus dieser Sicht solltet ihr mehr Möglichkeiten für die Zeitsteuerung anbieten. Die meisten werden definitiv nicht täglich alle ihre Lüfter manuell in den Nachtmodus schalten. Es wäre also sehr hilfreich, wenn man also für alle Geräte individuell einen Zeitraum (z.B. unterschiedliche Schlafzeiten) angeben könnte indem das Gerät automatisch in den Nachtmodus wechselt und danach wieder in einen anderen Modus. Die 4 vordefinierten Zeiträume machen so auch keinen Sinn. Man braucht für die Wohnräume meistens nur einen, für die Schlafräume meistens Zwei (Nachtmodus, Tagmodus). Bitte Anzahl und Zeitraum selbst definieren lassen. Darüber hinaus, wäre es hilfreich, wenn ihr mehr Möglichkeiten bezüglich Feuchtigkeitssensor anbietet. Also z.B. bei 60% Stufe 2, bei 70% Stufe 3. Wäre Klasse, wenn ihr die Steuerung weiterentwickelt. So sind aktuell leider nur 3/5 Sternen drin. Ihr kriegt das besser hin! Habe alles versucht, bin versiert, aber es gelingt mir nicht ### 1/5 — Wesentliche Funktion funktioniert nicht *2023-10-13, version 1.9* Ja, mit der App kann man die grundlegenden Parameter des Lüfters steuern, aber das zentrale Element der Feuchtigkeitssensor funktioniert nicht. Darüber hinaus funktioniert auch die Zeitplanfunktion nicht. Obwohl angegeben, kann man für die einzelnen Tage keine unterschiedlichen Zeitpläne angeben.
