Use to work flawless when it was only hiway, but ever since they merge and updated this app or whatever trying to convert to make it better. It gotten worse & stopped working where I don’t get notifications (text) charges anymore to be notified and when I lock my card to unlocked my card to use, it will be declined error. Freaking ridiculous. Useless.

Hiway has never been able to seamlessly manage credit and debit on the web or in an app. This app is no different. The app doesn’t integrate into IOS password management well. It doesn’t auto pick a credential and when it does finally paste the creds in, they don’t display until you click a dialogue box. If you select the password box or tick the “remember me” setting, the password is cleared. If you try to switch to your password management app while on the Hiway app, when you return to the Hiway app it clears all the credential fields. You cannot use your Hiway credentials in this app; it errors out when you do so. I assume I have to create new creds and associate my credit card, but I’ll just stick with the devil I know (the Hiway app) even though its credit card section is just a browser shell hitting a non-mobile-optimized website. As usual, complete garbage from Hiway. Decent rates and easy credit approval is why I stay, but you haven’t put together a stable piece of software since I joined in 2002/3.

App don’t even work anymore every since it got updated. Try contacting the company, they can’t do anything about it. I don’t want to keep calling people to make a payment.

The pictures showed I can check my balance but on the app, I can only view my transactions.

What good is a credit card app when all it does is error out when you check your card. The app use to be good. In fact it worked flawless for a long time, but for the last few months it crashes when I try to select anything that has to do with my card. It’s been deleted!

I love that I can easily turn off my card when I’m not using it, this way I’m sure no bad actors can use it!
