The software is very unstable and crashes often. There used to be regular updates to this app, but there’s been nothing lately. Not even a single bug fix. Another app with the same name shows up in the App Store, but if we were supposed to change over to that then they did a pretty poor job of letting business owners know.

If you’d like items that get scanned to go straight to your cart, be prepared to print stickers and attach them to EVERY PRODUCT you will be selling.  Thousands upon thousands stickers printed and time wasted putting said stickers on every product for sale.

Not only does this start up not pay its employees, they cannot support the software they sell. Would be surprised if they can maintain the METRC compliance in CA. Don’t use if you don’t want to be audited.

Blaze Retail failed us. It has too many bugs which screwed up our payroll and cost us money. And the response from their support desk on important matters ranged from unsatisfactory to nonexistent.

I do not enjoy the new feature, it slows down the check out process by forcing cashiers to have to click backspace multiple times before inputting the cash total. Its also much easier for cashier to make mistakes when entering payment amount.

I can’t assign delivery for people if I can have them sign off because I need an option to select from safe in the app. Please update.

Great ideas in this app. Execution ? Well. I’d change 3 things about it. and add multiple key concepts and tools that would make this a number one choice for dispensary’s far and wide. ;) I’ll need an email.

Gave this a shot after using two other systems for my delivery dispensary. It's so much easier for my drivers and managers to use. Members love the digital signature and we love not having to deal with the member agreement paper work. Highly recommended for delivery dispensaries!!!
