## What is BlazePace?

Go further and faster by going slower — or go faster by going faster. BlazePace will assist you in keeping you in your target pace by using audible cues when running or walking outdoors.

 - Multiple alert types
 - The target pace can be changed mid-run
 - The frequency of notifications can be configured
 - The pace notifications can be muted while warming up or cooling down
 - Support for both metric and imperial units

Your workouts are visible within the Apple Activity application as soon as you're done with your workout.

### 1.2 — 2023-04-20

- The target pace can now be changed by turning the digital crown
- Replaced the "beep" alert with "Sine wave"
- Actually fixed the issue that would permanently lower other audio
- Displaying a warning if you're about to start a workout without headphones connected
- Redesigned the alert view
- Better handling when the user rejects HealthKit and location permissions

### 1.1 — 2023-04-18

- Added 'beep' alert type
- Changed the voice of the 'speech' alert type
- Automatically discarding too short workouts
- Added option for whether other audio should be lowered when an alert plays
- Not triggering alerts if the user is moving at a very slow pace
- Fixed a bug that caused the mute-alert button to permanently mute all alerts
- Also displaying speed when configuring a workout
