I mean why would you want an app to remember were your at in a 2 hr show? Im sure I belong to a scant minority of people that usually can’t sit uninterrupted through a 2 hr video. That why no one wants to spend time ensuring a normally basic function works, right? It’s super frustrating and been that way for years. Shows are great, the app is horrible and I feel like I’m 10 years in the past when I use it. ### 2/5 — Fix the app *2025-10-23, version 7.16.1* Forever later: Still not addressed. Still doing the same thing. It’s become nearly unwatchable because it freezes so often. No other app I’m using has this issue. It constantly freezes, kicks me out and says content unavailable. I know I’m not the only one dealing with this from the chat. We pay a good amount for the app, someone needs to address this. ### 4/5 — Great app… greater programming! *2025-09-23, version 7.16.1* Thank you for bringing BlazeTV programming to my iPad! The interface is easy to use, has large title cards, and provides different ways to search for BlazeTV programming. I enjoy the chat feature, and feel connected to members of the BlazeTV community. Recommendation (iPad): please offer Picture-in-Picture, or at least fix the issue when the app is switched to window mode and does not properly return to full screen mode. Oh, did I mention Picture-in-Picture! I think it’s also known as PiP… yes, please bring PiP! ### 3/5 — No 2x speed available *2025-08-10, version 7.16.0* I listen to all of my podcasts at 2x speed. I love Auron, but I am forced to listen to ads on Apple Podcasts where I can play it at 2x speed. ### 4/5 — Speed Up Function Needed *2025-07-24, version 7.16.0* App is fine, but the only thing that stops me from watching regularly is the fact that there is no speed up function. Why is there no way to simply stream the audio through the app? I can’t watch it - at work. Playback is buggy. If I try to catch up on a show the app never pics up where I left off. The app was working well before apple update 18.whatever. ### 4/5 — Resubscribed *2024-09-20, version 7.12.0* I was a subscriber back when Blaze and CRTV merged and kept my subscription going for a while but the app never came around and I didn’t like a couple of the hosts. Resubscribed, glad I did. App is much improved and the shows are getting better in quality. App can be a little difficult to navigate some of the shows sometimes but that can be fixed if you add that to an archived folder to get them from the rotation. One thing that I would love to see would be an option to speed up playback of shows that are not live. Would kill for this feature. Would make watching a digesting the content much more enjoyable. Keep up the great work. ### 3/5 — App is terrible *2024-09-08, version 7.12.0* I paid $90 for a yearly subscription to this app. Luckily I got a $30 discount, but it is originally $120. All the top streaming services are around this same price. For the amount I pay the app is terrible. It doesn’t ever remember the last episode I watched in a series, when the video ends the app takes me to the previous episode instead of the next one? The app often gets stuck in full screen mode and I can’t get out of it. I just feel like for how much I am paying I should get an app that works like it should. It hiccups and freezes constantly. I bought a multi year subscription to help support blaze when they came out on IOS. My huge problem is I want to do other things while it continues to stream in a small window most other video service apps provide that but the blaze app just pauses as soon as you navigate to anything else 😡😡😡 ### 1/5 — Loses login and too many steps *2025-12-19, version 7.17.0* Content of the app is good but the function of the app is horrid. It loses login daily or multiple times a day and is the most difficult of any app I’ve ever used to get back to the login process Between that and ridiculous price increase, i will not be renewing, and i have supported this for years and enjoy the content ### 1/5 — Constantly Crashes and Logs Me Out Frequently *2025-10-06, version 7.16.1* This app constantly crashes with the “playback unavailable” message while watching live and during replays. On top of that, it logs me out all the time. When I reached out to Blaze support, they were rude and eventually told me the problem is all on my end but gave no step on how to resolve the problem. As a supporter that goes back to GBTV days, I’m disappointed at the app as well as the customer service provided. The Blaze could definitely use some customer service training from people like Dave Ramsey. Dave’s team knocks it out of the park. I won’t be reaching out to The Blaze’s customer service again because it’s pointless. Did that already with no helpful outcome or solution. ### 1/5 — Save your feed *2025-10-03, version 7.16.1* App constantly crashes and breaks. This morning it can’t go 10 minutes without “playback unavailable.” If not that, requires relogin after relogin. No benefit to subscription as you get all the commercials still. Content has increasingly added commercial content. Just watch on other media for free. ### 1/5 — Going downhill-no benefit to subscription *2025-01-27, version 7.12.0* This app has been getting progressively worse with freezing, only playing if vid is on top, daily logouts (which take a while to log back in as it’s buried as the last option), and to top it off there is no benefit to subscribing—same number of commercials, all content available elsewhere. Support has also gotten less responsive—called the phone number below some of these reviews and it goes straight to voicemail. ### 1/5 — Blaze is broken *2024-09-24, version 7.12.0* The app version and web versions will not load shows. Glenn jacked up the price and then cut the quality. I signed up specifically for the Deace OT and it doesn't even work. Garbage. ### 1/5 — Pic in pic please!!! Also, if you could add it to the Amazon library because all I have is an Amazon fire tablet and unfortunately they don’t have this app and trying to watch it in the browser silk, it starts stop start stop start stop over and over and over again that I can’t watch it! And one other thing, please will you tell Pat and now Sara’s doing it? Don’t talk over the videos that you show!!! If you’re gonna talk, why show videos? some of us only get news or clips from certain sites, like me, and I’m gonna get you to the point where I’m gonna cancel my subscription and not watch anymore because I wanted to see the clips and you guys are busy talking over them!!
