## What is BLCK DRIVER?

BLCK is the chauffeur companion app for approved BLCK drivers. Access is invite-only — drivers join the platform through a BLCK or fleet invitation.

Manage your driving day end to end:

- Start and end shifts, track breaks, and see your live on-duty status at a glance
- Receive and accept trip offers matched to you, with pickup, route, and timing details
- Navigate to pickups and dropoffs with live ETAs shared to your passengers
- Stay connected through per-trip and team chat with operations and clients
- Follow each trip on the lock screen with Live Activities — no need to keep the app open
- Review your completed trips, earnings summary, and shift history

BLCK is built around long-term driver–client relationships rather than one-off rides. Note: this app is for drivers only. Passengers use the separate BLCK client app.
