This update includes bug fixes and improvements to account deletion and dog ownership data handling.

A breeder deleting their account will no longer affect dog records that are owned by another user. Ownership records, verification data, and associated dog information are preserved for the current owner.

No major changes were made to the subscription functionality or purchasing flow in this update.
Seekers can now add breeder information even if the breeder hasn’t joined BLDLNE yet, then connect the dog to that breeder later through Purchase Verification.
Also strengthened breeder and dog verification requirements before dogs can be marked available for sale or breeding.
Improved Match Request accuracy so distance preferences now use the Seeker’s saved city and state when finding nearby dogs.
